FAQ

Do you shoot destination weddings, portraits, and any others sessions?

Yes, I will travel at the location of your choice. Travel fee will be included in your packages and will be disclosed during your consultation.

Can I extend the session on the day of?

Yes, You can extend your session if need be. There will be an additional hourly charge added to your invoice for the time extended.

How are the images and add-ons delivered?

Your images will be delivered to you through an exclusive digital online gallery. For Prints and any other add-ons, For local customers; I will meet with you for the reveal or if you choose I can mail it to you. But for out of town clients it will be mailed to you.

Do I have to order prints and any other add-ons through you?

Yes, my website provides the prints store automatically for you that you can order from for additional prints. However, certain packages of mine do come with prints already.

Do I have to pay down deposit and is it refundable?

Yes, in order to save your date you will have to put down a 25% down deposit which will count towards the final amount due. Down Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

What is is your Cancellation & Re-scheduling process?

For cancellation of session, I do require at least 1 week notice prior to the date of your session. If you fail to inform me of the cancellation within 1 week prior to your shoot. There will be a 25% cancellation fee charge to you.

You are allowed to re-schedule your session one time at no cost to you. Depending on availability dates, If you are to re-schedule your session the second time there will be a rescheduling fee of $50.00 added to your final bill.

Can I buy additional images that is not included on the amount of images I get from my package?

Yes, you can purchase additional HD edit images from me from your session at a cost. The cost will varies depending on the type of your session.
